What type of warranty do you provide?
We provide a 10-year company warranty for all our roofing systems. We also offer a manufacturer warranty ranging from 15 to 30 years.
Are you a certified manufacturer contractor?
Yes, we are certified contractor for both GenFlex and Versico Roofing Systems.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured by The Dana Company and bonded by request.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we are happy to come out and give a free estimate.
Do you reroof existing roofs or perform new construction?
Rubber Roofing Systems reroofs existing roofs and installs roofs for new construction projects.
Do you do any residential roofing?
Yes, we do a small number of residential projects. It makes up about 10% of our total work.
