Dave Casey
Founder & Partner
Dave Casey is the founder and Partner in Rubber Roofing Systems. He founded the company in 1991 and currently does the role of Superintendent and overseas all projects and proposals. Dave has been in the local flat roofing business over 35 years and brings vast knowledge and great understanding to every project. (more about Dave in Founder Letter)
Jenny Casey
Founder & Partner – Office Manager
Jenny Casey is also a founder and Partner in Rubber Roofing Systems. She has managed the office the from day 1 and continues to provide the highest levels of customer service. Jenny uses a part time office staff to help her with day to day business operations.
Courtney Casey
Partner – Operations – Project Manager
Courtney has been raised in the roofing business and has over 18 years experience working and managing roofing projects. Courtney has been taught and groomed to the flat roofing industry by his father Dave over his lifetime. After short service in the US Marine Corps and receiving a BA Computer Science Degree in 2005, Courtney decided to continue working in the family business and continue the legacy of excellent workmanship and integrity that makes Rubber Roofing Systems Iowa’s best commercial roofing contractor.
Dennis Bjerke
Sales – Operations
Dennis has been in the commercial roofing industry for over 16 years. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable in all single ply roofing systems and does and excellent job of assessing each roof he looks at. Dennis has outstanding customer relations and service to provide the best roofing system for the best price.
Troy Thompson
Service Manager
Troy manages the service and repair department. Troy has many years of service work in his career and is excellent with his daily tasks which include tracking and fixing leaks and communicating with clients to best take care of their problems for the best price available.
Carly Casey
Safety Coordinator
Carly heads up the safety program and works to make sure employee safety is at its highest possible level. Carly leads weekly “Toolbox Talks” and monthly safety meetings to continue to provide all employees with current and new safety protocols according to OSHA.
Cash Casey
Future Roofing Contractor
Cash is a bright young man that strives day to day to be his best in school and sports. Cash is learning the roofing industry as he grows up and is on track to be apart of the management team once he graduates college.
